Hi, I’m Alice. I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager and love sharing it with others.

Yoga has benefitted me hugely and supports my health both physically and mentally. As a runner, yoga helps keep me flexible and strong and has increased my pace.

Yoga has helped me recover from a long period of chronic fatigue and taught me a great deal about the nervous system and the potential we all have during times of both darkness and light.

My style of teaching is dynamic and varied depending on who I am teaching. I have enjoyed teaching many beginners with wonderful feedback and lead mixed ability classes every week.

If you are looking for some peace and calm and an opportunity to restore your mind or a more dynamic flow to mobilise the body then I would love to teach you!
