Jal is a fully qualified practicing Yogi. She spent the past year living in India, practicing yoga and meditation daily. She completed her Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training in the spiritual place of Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India. Since her return to the UK she was drawn to teaching pregnancy yoga, to help nourish and empower new mothers to be whilst they are going through this transition in life. She completed her Yoga Alliance accredited Pregnancy Yoga teacher training with Yoga Mama and found out she too was pregnant and now wants to connect with other mothers, and share knowledge and experiences.

‘I believe yoga is for everyone and all body types. It is not a physical sport but more of a lifestyle choice, a conscious move towards creating a better you.

Different Yogis and teachers will have different focuses – some focus on fitness, toning and agility, some on stress relief, some on weight loss, some on spirituality – my focus is on YOU – you growing into being the best YOU you can be.’



* One to One Pregnancy Yoga – £30 per hour

* Small Group Beginners Class  (Minimum 5 people) – £7 per person
