Kath has been practicing yoga for almost ten years and has recently qualified with the first cohort of graduates in the Yoga Hero 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training.

Having spent many years working in hospitality or sat behind a desk, feeling stressed and often not sleeping well, Kath decided to make a change and take this yoga thing seriously. She found that it made a profound effect on her life.

“Yoga has made an enormous change to my life, positively affecting my physical, mental and emotional state – and this is something I would like to share with my students. For me yoga isn’t about whether or not you can do the splits, it’s about working with your body and mind to achieve something you never even knew you were capable of.”

Kath’s classes are dynamic yet nourishing, with a focus on building strength, working with the breath to calm the mind, and meditation for focus. She loves tailoring classes towards the specific needs of students, helping them to achieve their goals, and having fun in the process!
