This lovely, revitalising ‘Energy Boosting Flow Workshop’ will work to release tension from around hips and shoulders, open up the front of the body and liven up body and mind!
Sometimes, tension in the body, or niggly worries in the mind can really weigh us down. This workshop is all about finding that tension, and those niggly worries, and sending them on their way. We will also look into simple techniques to manage stress and anxiety.
All yogis, including complete beginners, especially yogis dealing with stress and anxiety
