Finding Balance: A Yin & Yang Workshop
Feeling a little unbalanced after all the festivities? Finding balance in our busy modern day lives can be a challenge, especially at this time of year. Through this workshop we will explore the many benefits of combining both yin and yang styles of yoga.
Starting with a dynamic practice to build heat through a yang style vinyasa sequence where we will move and flow with the breath. Then turning our practice inwards to calm and relax the body and mind through supported yin postures, where we hold each pose for longer and allow our body to soften. Ending in a lovely deep Savasana.
Finding and exploring a beautiful middle ground between both types of yoga to leave you feeling fully balanced and rejuvenated.
