Introducing Shakti

Join us for a truly remarkable walk into the world of Hindu Deities and the mystical and practical aspects of unleashing the power of Shakti and Archetypes for Enlightenment.
Tribo is a qualified yoga instructor and is passionate about mythology and storytelling, he will help you find your personal deity as he takes you on a journey into the depths of archetypes of the slumbering Goddesses or Shakti within us as Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Kali. Unleash this Shakti within you, as the creative power of the One. In Tantra, this Shakti archetype guides us through all aspects of life transitions such as adulthood, relationships, marriage, parenting, profession and adaptation to new challenges. With Shakti’s guidance, we can live out the intentions of the Universe rather than doing the bidding of our ego.

Tribo uses humor and personal anecdotes in his lectures and workshops to illuminate Hindu mythology. Using asanas, mantras and meditation techniques we relate the symbolism of Hindu and Buddhist deities to the archetypes within us. Through mythology, we uncover hidden symbolisms and learn to work with them as part of a spiritual practice.

Discover how knowing and working with your archetypes can profoundly shift you especially during life transitions, and how these ancient teachings have practical relevance to your life, bringing peace of mind and leading to a better understanding of our true purpose.

About Tribo:

Tribo is a drummer and photographer from Italy. His yoga practice began 4 years ago, under the guidance of two gurus who initiated him to the ancient lineages and traditions of Tantrik Shivaism. He soon experienced the great benefit on the body and mind and went on to practice with a number of shamans and teachers. He discovered that Hatha yoga and Tantrik philosophy were a style that really helped him to overcome difficult times and went on to complete a 200hr TTC courses with Yogapoint India. His intention is to share traditional practices and breathing techniques to help people overcome their perceived limits and find ease in life.

In his own words:

“I work intuitively with people as much as I do with yoga. My biggest discovery through my studies is to let this be a time of play and explore what works best for you. Because this is really what it is all about. I am so excited to be joining you as you enter the wonderful world of Tantra and Deities.”

Tribo also donates 20% of all earnings made through yoga to Map Charity: an alternative provider in creative education, offering qualifications and first-hand experience to young people at risk of exclusion from the mainstream school system. There will also be charity buckets located in the studio on the day of the workshop for those that wish to donate to the cause.
