No Barres Workout – Barre Pilates Method
Barre workouts have been taking the world by storm as a fantastic low impact strengthening class. This Barre Pilates Method workshop takes simplified ballet techniques and combines them with Pilates principles to give you a safe, effective and flowing workout suitable for everyone- no need to have dance experience.
This workshop will take you through standing strengthening exercises without the use of a barre and through a flowing mat work section both designed to build your core, strengthen your hips and improve your posture. Wearing socks with grips is advisable.
