ONLINE: Flow to Crow
Join Freya for a dynamic Vinyasa-based practice working with some fundamental components of Bakasana, Crow Pose.
During this class we will move and flow through specific sequences designed to strengthen and prep the body for balancing on the hands.
We will explore some specific strength and mobility-based warm up exercises that you can continue to practice and develop as well as trying various transitions in and out of crow pose.
This will be a fun but challenging practice, so expect to build some heat and sweat in the body!
* If you do have two yoga bricks then these would be useful for the class but you can always substitute for a couple of sturdy books.
* This class is suitable for those who already have a yoga practice as some of the practice will move at a quicker pace.
