Open Heart, Open Mind
Join Jess to explore and deepen your backbend practice to see how an open heart can lead to a clear mind.
Heart openers hold many benefits, while reducing physical tension they also teach us how to be vulnerable, be in the present moment and find complete focus.
Throughout this workshop we will explore both yin and yang heart opening postures within a warming flow. We will also incorporate targeted drills and stretches to open deeper into the heart space, allowing you to breathe more freely. Inclusively breaking down key postures such as dancers pose, full wheel, king pigeon and camel pose amongst many more.
Whatever your experience, there will be options for you to explore a gentle or more dynamic practice throughout this workshop, leaving you feeling energised and clear of mind.
