This workshop will help you to mobilise, strengthen and stretch from head to toe for improved performance and injury prevention while counterbalancing some of the postural issues associated with regular running and cycling.
Lenna will guide you through exercises to optimise core stability and hip and shoulder alignment while providing some take home exercises to help you warm up effectively for long runs and bike rides.
You don’t need to be a runner or cyclist to attend and take away some useful tips!
