Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra
A perfect treat for a special Sunday afternoon!
Take time for yourself to come and completely relax and restore.
This workshop will begin with some very gentle movement to bring ourselves onto the mat. You will then be guided through a sequence of restorative poses. In restorative yoga we aim to support the body entirely through props to allow it to be completely relaxed and by holding the poses for longer it allows us to come inward and calm the mind.
Once we are feeling deeply settled, we will explore a lovely, deep guided Nidra; a form of meditation exploring a state of consciousness between waking and sleep. Come along to this workshop for some well deserved relaxation!
