Sleep Like a Baby and Wake Up With More Energy
Naama & Clare are joining forces for a workshop all about getting a better nights sleep!
It’s National Sleep Awareness week this year from the 10th – 16th March. Sleep is essential for good health and disease prevention.
Sleep deprivation can contribute to immune system failure, diabetes, cancer, depression, and memory loss, and a catalyst for diseases and appearance issues (skin problems, weight issues and more).
Our Sleep Improvement Workshop will start with a refreshing asana practice and then a talk from Naama about sleep – the importance of it, the risks of sleep deprivation and ultimately how to improve sleep, this will be followed with some super nourishing Restorative yoga and a wonderfully relaxing Yoga Nidra with Clare.
We’ll be exploring the state of being ‘wakefully asleep’ as a basis for deep nourishment, healing and relaxation. This beautiful practice is one of the deepest forms of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness, in which the body can rest deeply and profoundly, whilst the mind is between wakefulness and deep rest. Allowing you to feel refreshed, re- stored and totally in your power afterwards.
We’d love for you to join us for this informative, relaxing workshop with lots of information for you to take away.
* Absolutely everyone!

Health coach and yoga teacher I grew up in a very health conscious family. As a child I remember always returning home from school to healthy homemade meals. My grandmother became a vegan in the 70’s, and my great grandfather was a raw vegan naturopath. I suppose this passion for healthy living and love for whole real foods runs in my blood.
Knowledge, recipes and innate healing methods passed down from one generation to the next. I am delighted to share with you everything I have learned, absorbed and experienced along the years, to help and inspire you to live the healthiest version of yourself.
Clare has been practising yoga since her teens, with it being a constant companion since then. In 2013 she decided to go for it and become a teacher – the best decision she’s ever made! Clare now mentors for Yogacampus (whom she studied with) and teaches Hatha yoga classes and 1-1’s, runs workshops and retreats.
Practicing yoga in India makes her heart sing! After qualifying Clare went on to study 1-1 Yoga Therapy at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, Ashtanga yoga in Mysore and she returns to Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas as often as she can to immerse myself in practice and philosophy. Clare continues to study with her teachers Richard Freeman and Uma Dinsmore Tuli with great respect and gratitude.
