Join us to revive and restore your body and mind! So many of us feel we have limited tools, only allowing time for a “physical workout”, leaving none of the space needed to restore and heal afterwards. Join us for a dynamic flow, followed by a restorative sequence, guiding us into deep rest and relaxation!
We’ll start the practice by creating heat in the body through a dynamic sequence to open the heart, hips and shoulders to strengthen and revive the body, all with optional modifications to build your own happy level of heat! Including sun salutations, standing and seated sequences to ensure the body and mind are left feeling balanced! We will then close the flow with some grounding postures to calm the mind and body before entering into a restorative sequence; poses where the body is fully supported by the earth through use of props, to allow the body and mind to full relax and restore. Ending with a lovely, long savasana to ensure you feel rested and restored by the end of the practice!
