Our open level Hatha Yoga classes have a slower pace, with a focus on alignment and are suitable for all levels and abilities.Classes include Asana (yoga poses),Pranayama (Breath work) and Meditation. Each class broadly follows the same format starting with either meditation, chanting or breath, then warm-ups, the main Asana section including a variety of standing, seated, twists, backbends, inversions, and ending with Pranayama and relaxation.
Teaching is incremental with the instructor offering options for all levels of student so that there’s always an option to either take it gently or challenge yourself.
Students will leave feeling relaxed, stretched and energised.
