Postnatal yoga is about healing and relaxation. Postnatal classes are designed with rehabilitation in mind and you are welcome from 6 weeks post birth or 12 weeks if you have had a cesarean birth.
We will focus on gentle yet progressive movement, stretching your body to relieve stiff and tired muscles, strengthening your core and pelvic floor and relaxation. Postnatal yoga will greatly improve your physical and emotional wellbeing.
This class is delivered online. Once you have booked your space, all the information you need to attend the class will be emailed to you around 30 minutes before the class.
