In Yoga Hero’s Pilates classes, we will take the time to assess our body posture so that we can get to know our own bodies better.
We will learn to identify any habits and how to correct and improve them; becoming more comfortable and confident with time. We will not be rushing into things, but taking time to listen to, and fully understand our bodies in relation to the principles of Pilates.
All the exercises build on the fundamentals of posture and breathing, and in our classes, we will take the time to go through how to set up for each exercise, with correct and balanced posture, as well as developing the important pattern of lateral breathing.
Join the Pilates classes to work on the 15 modified mat-work movements which are ideal for beginners and will cover the basic five aims of Pilates; strength, stability, mobility, balance and flexibility.
