In the Vinyasa Flow classes, we move with the breath, starting with a lovely warm up to loosen muscles and joints, and then moving into some more challenging poses to strengthen and stretch out the whole body. We include some balances to calm the mind, a few core strengtheners to improve posture, and then finish with a delicious relaxation.
All yogis looking for change and challenge in their yoga practice. Check ‘open’ or ‘experienced’ for the level of the class.
