Yoga Conditioning classes are a wonderful way to create awareness and strength throughout the body.

Niggles and injuries can certainly be caused by physical tension, but they can also be caused by parts of the body being weak, sleepy, and underused.

Join us for a flowing, challenging yoga class – for all levels – to create strength in areas where many of us need it.

Expect a slow start, dynamic middle, and deep relaxation to finish. We aim to leave you feeling challenged, refreshed and relaxed.
