Enjoy dynamic yoga poses and strengthening running techniques to build all-over-body strength to power the body through runs, and to support increasing flexibility on the mat.

Having a strong and supple core contributes to great alignment in yoga poses and can vastly improve running ability.

This energetic session covers how to build core strength… but we won’t be doing a single sit up, and that’s a promise! Learn about the anatomy of the core, and how it can improve posture, digestion, circulation and respiration.
