Saturday night is party night! Wonderful Heather will lead us through an indulgent, refreshing two hour Yin Yoga practice, which will work deep in our bodies, preparing us for the remainder of our Leeds Yoga & Wellness Festival weekend.

Heather teaches classes in a variety of styles for all levels in UK (West Yorkshire & London) & India (South Goa). She is a fully Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Classes are accessible, authentic, mindful and playful with a focus on correct breathing and body alignment.Heather enjoys the exploration of body & mind wellness & sharing her knowledge with others. Her ever growing 9 year passion for the practice of all kinds of yoga has become one of the integral parts of her life. She has practiced & studied with many teachers including Jason Crandell, Paul Grilley, Julie Gudmestad, Doug Keller, Eunice Laurel, Jeff Phenix, Philippa Asher, Alan Brown – all of whom she takes influence from.

Heather teaches dynamic Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin yoga drawing from her various influences from the different schools of yoga, the philosophical texts & the teachers she has practiced with. Her classes whether dynamic or passive are mindful & meditative, playful & accessible, supportive & nurturing with a focus on correct breathing & alignment.

She is constantly growing & evolving by practicing various styles of yoga, regularly attending workshops & trainings, and reading books & articles to further her knowledge & understanding. She loves the fact there is always further to go in yoga and is happy to be a dedicated eternal student on the yoga path.
