How it works: 

Enjoy 2+ hours of video content, over 13 individual videos, complete with recap course notes in PDF format to download and read at your leisure.

Once you’ve purchased the course, it’s yours, for life. If you have an internet connection, you have access to all the content on the course, whenever you need it! And if you don’t have an internet connection, you can read the course recap notes for a reminder.

You might want to re-watch videos periodically, as you learn more about managing your stress and anxiety levels, and the yoga classes and meditations are there for you to practise as often as you would like.

Who is this course for? 

This course is for absolutely anyone who struggles with stress or feelings of anxiety and worry. You don’t need any prior meditation or yoga experience at all, but please do get your physician’s go ahead before starting a yoga practice if you have any physical or mental health concerns.

 

There’s no upper or lower age limit on this course, but under-16s please do work with a responsible adult to make sure that you understand everything that’s being said.
