Take some time to chill out in our lovely studio. We’ll have arts and crafts, chats, some yoga (why not?!), massage from wonderful Chapiteau, nibbles, herbal tea and much more. There’s no cost to come and hang out, we just want to chill together!

shimmy to savasana!

After the success of our first ‘shimmy to savasana yoga workshop’, we’ll be shimmying through the 90s to savasana.

Get your yoga groove on to dance classics through the 90s at this super fun event. The yoga will be for all levels, with some optional challenges thrown in, in true Yoga Hero style, but the aim of the evening is to chill out for the weekend and have a great time.
