Consisting of illuminating Pranayama exercises and a fluid postural practice – leading to a deep relaxation – this workshop is designed to generate and gather Prana (energy) into the body, to invigorate and free our postural practice.
As we cultivate the Prana in the body, we can utilise it to sink deeper into our postural practice, to feel and sense our way through our practice; ultimately become more connected with the energetic use of the breath within our practice. When breath and body truly connect, it can bring both freedom and stability.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of ability, with modifications and up-levels available, for you to approach the class in your own personal way, preparing you for your weekend ahead.
