Want to get down to yoga basics? Join Collette for an Introduction to the Ujjayi breath and the Sun Salutation Sequence, including important alignment points and how to stay safe whilst building strength and flexibility.
How Pilates can compliment your yoga , 1:00 – 2:00, with Isabel & Sarah
Join Issy and Sarah for an insightful session into how Pilates can compliment your yoga. Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates, and it puts a great focus on postures, abdominal stength and overall flexibility; and this knowledge can carry into your yoga practice, ensuring great posture and internal strength as you move through flows and sequences. Roga: Running & Yoga – Need for Speed! 4:30 – 5:45pm, with Liz, £12.50
Join us for Roga with a focus on speed! We’ll be picking up the pace, in a present, practical way! Speed is one of the greatest tests of the body and mind; so we’ll be working hard to stay present, stay strong whilst moving the legs and mind faster. This great session will reveal to you what comes easily to you, and what may require a little more work…
An Introduction to Yoga Alignment, 6:15 – 7:30pm, with Holly, £12.50
In this yoga session, we’ll be looking into the postures (asanas); covering correct alignment, modifications for different fitness levels and the benefits of each asana. We also explore ways to fit yoga into your lifestyle, outside of classes, perfect for all yogis, from beginners to boffins!
All sessions operate on a drop in basis, and are £6.50 each , or a stamp on a class pass, or sessions are included in our monthly pass for £45 – unless otherwise priced.
