Feel Alive 25 Yoga Challenge

Feel Alive 25: Join Yoga Hero’s Yoga Challenge

Yoga Hero’s Yoga Challenge

After the success of our yoga challenge ‘Feel Alive 25’ in October last year, we’re delighted to be launching the challenge again, throughout March, yey!

So what is Feel Alive 25?
Attend 25 classes or workshops in March to be in with a chance of winning a free *Unlimited Monthly Pass* to be redeemed at your leisure.

Why should I have a go at this yoga challenge?
There’s a famous saying about yoga; ‘”If you practice yoga once a week, you’ll change your mind… If you practice everyday, you will change your life.” – Mehtab.

We absolutely agree with this saying, so Feel Alive 25 is our way of encouraging and motivating heroes to have a go at regular yoga – feel the benefits for yourself! Feel Alive!

Yoga Hero and all-round star, Frankii, said this about ‘Feel Alive 25’ and regular yoga practice in general;

[mkdf_blockquote text=”Taking part in the first ‘Feel Alive 25’ Yoga Hero challenge in October without a doubt changed my life! What started off as a personal challenge turned into a really great lifestyle change. I now practice yoga most days – as a result I feel stronger; both physically and emotionally and much more focused when I need to be. I sleep better at night and have much more energy day-to-day. My posture has improved drastically and I hold myself more confidently. I would encourage anyone to give it a go – whether it’s class or home practice – I’m the happiest I’ve ever been :)” title_tag=”h3″ width=”70″]

Sounds amazing! How can I enter?
Just email holly@yogahero.co.uk to say you’d like to register for the challenge. Every time you come to class, we’ll log your attendance and at the end of the month, everyone who’s attended at least 25 classes or workshops will be entered into a prize drawer, with a chance of winning a free unlimited monthly yoga pass (worth £45).
