Manage Anxiety and Stress: A Four Week Course
3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th April, 6:30 – 7:45pm, £45
Learn how to be in the moment, how to increase focus and decrease mental chatter. We’ll include basics tools and tips, and we’ll encourage you to practice these through the week.
Week 2: An Introduction to the Nervous System
Week 3: Yoga tools
This session will cover some simple sequences that you can do on your own, to build on what we’ve learnt so far, to help keep stress levels under control. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. We’ll cover how to release physical tension, feel calm and how to de-desk yourself!
Week 4: Deepest rest
Come join us! Everybody very welcome indeed. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all equipment will be provided.
