‘Satsang’ means gathering in Sanskrit. Join Yoga Hero a wonderful Satsang; discussions about yoga philosophy.
Many of us are drawn to yoga for its physical benefits; be that improving posture, rehabilitating an injury, or just generally keeping fit. However, for many of us, as we continue to practice, we notice that we feel mentally much clearer and calmer… These satsangs are a chance to learn more about how and why this is. Ultimately yoga philosophy is much more to do with the mind than the body.
Join Collette & Holly to talk about some wonderful philosophical texts; what they mean to us and what we can learn from them.
In this session, we’ll be talking about the topic of forgiveness… Come join us!
