Anna Milburn

Yoga Instructor


My name is Anna and I have been practicing yoga for 9 years. Yoga has helped me transition through life’s ups and downs and face many fears,
including social anxiety.

I work with individuals, including beginners, addressing their specific needs and requirements in a safe and calm environment with my gentle and
welcoming teaching style. I use Hatha and Yin postures on ascertaining student preferences, introducing Flow as appropriate. I guide students to be in
the moment, to move with the breath and to ‘let go’ and ‘just be’ in stillness, with clear concise instructions. 

My aim is for students to leave my 1:1s feeling calmer/ more balanced and their bodies more open, flexible and stronger week-by-week!

Aside from yoga, I love to run and walk in the great outdoors, cook healthy food and reading is my absolute Zen time, my day is not complete without it!

Anna offers 1-1 sessions in:

I trained in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga in 2019 at Yoga Hero and I love passing on the wonderful physical, mental and emotional benefits as well as
Yoga philosophy. I am also currently taking part in pregnancy yoga teacher training and I’m expecting my own baby boy in in the Summer.
