Terms and Conditions of Class Passes

A class pass is issued with each set of five, 10 or 20 classes.

A class pass of five classes is valid for four months, a 10 class pass is valid for eight months, a 20 class pass is valid for 12 months, from the date of payment.

Class passes are not transferrable between students.

Classes will not be credited if the pass expires.

Class passes will not be refunded, but may be extended under extenuating circumstances or if a new pass is bought, in which case the expiry date of the existing pass will be updated to be the same as the expiry date of the newly purchased pass – please get in touch with us to arrange this option: hello@yogahero.co.uk

Terms and Conditions of Yoga Hero Membership

The membership is a recurring monthly card payment which auto-renews automatically, every month, and is taken on the same day each month.

There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time via Momence [input links]

Yoga Hero membership includes unlimited classes, plus many workshops, courses and even access to our online All of Yoga Membership too!

Terms and Conditions of One to One, and One to Group Sessions

Classes must be paid for in advance. Any changes to class times, or cancellations must be made THREE HOURS in advance of the start time of the class. Please note your instructor may have commitments straight after, so start times and end times must be adhered to. If the client (you) is late for the class, your instructor will try to teach the full class time but reserves the right to finish the class at the agreed time. If your instructor is less than 20 minutes late, the missed time will be added onto a future class. If more than 20 minutes, you will have the right to a free one to one session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for sessions booked through Momence:

Classes:

All classes are drop in, no booking needed! We provide all equipment, but it’s completely fine if you’d like to bring your own. Please note that classes may fill up, the best way to guarantee a space is to book via our Momence booking system.

Unless otherwise stated, classes are to be paid for in advance.

Class bookings can be cancelled up to two hours in advance. If you paid with your class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within two hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your class.

If you are a Yoga Hero Member please note that a no-show three or more times over a one month period will mean that your option to book online will be suspended for a month. To avoid this, simply cancel online to open up the space.

Workshops:

Unless otherwise stated, workshops are to be paid for in advance.

Workshops cancelled more than 24 hours of the start time of the workshop will not be refunded, however, if you contact us at hello@yogahero.co.uk to request this, your payment will be credited to your Momence account for you to use in the future.

Workshops or course sessions cancelled / not attended within 24 hours will not be refunded or credited to your account.

Courses:

Unless otherwise stated, courses are to be paid for in advance

Should you need to cancel your booking, the following policy applies: Prior to 28 days of course start date: 75% of your payment credited to your account Prior to 14 days of course start date: 50% of your payment credited to your account Prior to 7 days of course start date: 25% of your payment credited to your account Less than 7 days of course start date: No refund or credit available.

General

Unfortunately, unless a payment has been taken by error of Yoga Hero, any refunds will be less a 30% admin charge. However, we will more than likely be able to ‘exchange’ payments; against class passes, workshop or teacher training payments, or anything from our shop.
