Terms and Conditions of yoga and Pilates classes

All classes are drop in, no booking needed! We provide all equipment, but it’s completely fine if you’d like to bring your own. Please note that classes may fill up. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and spaces cannot be reserved.

 

Terms and Conditions of Class Passes

A class pass is issued with each set of five or 10 classes. A class pass of five classes is valid for three months, a 10 class pass is valid for four months, from the date of payment. No booking is required – classes operate a first come, first served basis. Class passes are not transferrable between students. Classes will not be credited, if the class pass is forgotten, lost or stolen,  an individual class, or new class pass must be paid for. Please do get in touch with any questions.

The unlimited monthly pass will run from one month from the purchase date. For example, if the pass is purchased on 28th March, it will expire on 27th April. This card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The card allows access to all classes on the timetable, and to workshops if spaces are available. Workshops give priority to paid places first, then remaining places (minimum of eight per workshop) are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Monthly passes do not include places on Yoga Hero courses or events run by other instructors or companies.

 

Terms and Conditions of One to One, and One to Group Sessions

Classes must be paid for in advance. Any changes to class times, or cancellations must be made THREE HOURS in advance of the start time of the class. Please note your instructor may have commitments straight after, so start times and end times must be adhered to. If the client (you) is late for the class, your instructor will try to teach the full class time but reserves the right to finish the class at the agreed time. If your instructor is less than 20 minutes late, the missed time will be added onto a future class. If more than 20 minutes, you will have the right to a free one to one session.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy for sessions booked through MindBody Online:

online yoga class bookings:* Pre-booked classes are to be paid for in advance* Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass or you can purchase individual classes with any debit or credit card

* Class cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to two hours in advance only online. If you paid with your class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within two hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your class or refunded.

* If you have an Unlimited Monthly Pass or you are a Yoga Hero Member please note that a no-show three or more times over a  one month period will mean that your option to book online will be suspended for a month. To avoid this, simply cancel online to open up the space.

 

online workshop bookings:

* Unless otherwise stated, workshops are to be paid for in advance with any debit or credit card

* Workshop cancellations: workshop bookings can be cancelled up to six hours in advance only online, and you will be refunded accordingly. Any cancellations made within six hours of the workshop start time will not be refunded.

* If you have an Unlimited Monthly Pass or you are a Yoga Hero Member please note that a no-show three or more times over a one month period will mean that your option to book online will be suspended for a month. To avoid this, simply cancel online to open up the space.

 

online course bookings:

* Unless otherwise stated, courses are to be paid for in advance with any debit or credit card

* Course cancellations: Should you need to cancel your booking, the following policy applies:
Prior to 28 days of course start date: 75% of your payment refunded
Prior to 14 days of course start date: 50% of your payment refunded
Prior to 7 days of course start date: 25% of your payment refunded
Less than 7 days of course start date: No refund available.
