Nat started her yoga journey at the same time as her first proper legal role in the City. Nat sought balance in the stresses of everyday office life and yoga provided much needed solace for her mind and body- allowing her to be fully present and relieved of aches and pains.


After five years Nat decided to complete her 200-hour Teacher Training with YogaLondon and it is still the best thing she has ever done!


Nat is honoured to help people experience good health and wellbeing, whether they are looking to get fit, increase flexibility or de-stress.


Nat offers Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin or Restorative Yoga (with the option to include meditation and mindfulness).
