Rachel was introduced to yoga & reiki as a hedonistic 19 year old where it helped give her tools to navigate the twists and turns of life.  Nearly 20 years later, after a career in creative agencies and after becoming a mother, she undertook her teacher training to be able to share these gorgeous tools, and does so always rooted from a place of mindfulness and reconnection.

A follower of nature led and conscious living, Rachel brings a holistic approach to her sessions. 

Rachel offers 1-1 sessions in:

Qualified in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness, as well as being a Reiki practitioner, Rachel loves to work 1:1 with people who are in a discovering stage of yoga, who wish to dive in deeper or those who wish to build their confidence in practice.

In addition to movement, Rachel also works with those who wish to develop deep meditation or still practices. Super down to earth and friendly, expect giggles along the way as we work towards your goals together.
