This simple 7 day meditation plan is designed to be incredibly accessible, and enjoyable! Feel like you don’t know how to meditate? Don’t worry, we’ll talk you through a few different simple techniques, and you can choose your favourite. Can’t sit on the floor? Then don’t – there’s no need! Sit on a chair or on your sofa! Feel like you don’t have time? All you need is 7 minutes a day, that’s it!
This is an online course, delivered via ‘Teachable’, that you can complete at your own pace, and in your own time. You don’t need any special equipment, or any special attire, just dive in and get started. It’s just a one-off cost of £4.50, for lifetime access to the plan, so you can repeat it as many times as you wish!

Yoga Hero has been established since March 2013. Initially, classes were ‘popping up’ in church halls, arts galleries, cafes, skateparks… you name it! Over time, we eventually found a beautiful home in Leeds Dock, Yorkshire.

Over the last few years, my focus has really shifted to helping people cope with increasing stress levels; understanding the impact that stress can have on the body and mind, and how to rest, relax, and stay calm. I never cease to be amazed by how learning about what stress is, and learning tools to decrease stress levels, can change someone’s life so significantly. I’m really passionate about sharing this, I feel like everyone should have this knowledge!
