Yoga nidra restores body, mind and senses and is an adaptogenic practice, meaning it gives us exactly what we need at that present moment.

Yoga Nidra will be led by wonderful Catharine Rosenthall. This workshop will be a delightful, restorative, refreshing way to finish off Leeds Yoga and Wellness Festival; promoting a deep sense of relaxation, perspective and well-being.

We will be led through a full body relaxation, and a couple of other forms of deep relaxation techniques, to encourage a feeling of letting go, and acceptance. About Catherine:

Catherine trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, completing a 500hr diploma in 2014.

Catharine has since continued to develop her teaching by training in kids yoga, pregnancy yoga, vinyasa flow and yoga nidra. Catharine teaches regular yoga nidra workshops and is really passionate about the endless benefits it offers.
