My background:

Collette has been teaching and facilitating yoga and meditation for seven years. She led her first classes at Yoga Hero, covering for Holly while she went to India, and has since gone on to teach and offer retreats and trainings all over the world. A lifelong student and dedicated yogini and meditator, she is passionate about sharing the tools, resources and teachings that continue to transform the way she relates to herself, to others and to the world. 

My yoga:

To practice with Collette is to attune to your own intuition and embodied wisdom inside a safe, inclusive and non-dogmatic space. Where there is time to listen, get clear and release old patterns, stories and ideas that might be limiting your full potential and expression. Her classes combine asana, meditation, somatics, free movement and non-dual yoga philosophy. 

What I offer:

Collette offers Embodied Flow® classes on Wednesday evenings at Yoga Hero and private meditation and yoga sessions for those wanting to progress their practice in a safe and supportive container. 

For teachers and students who feel called to go deeper into meditation, embodiment and the teachings of yoga, Collette offers 121 mentorship.
