Yoga Hero’s open weekend is a chance for you to try a class, look around and meet our team. We know that embarking on a yoga practice, and even walking in to a studio can be a bit nerve-wracking, so our open house is here so you
know you’re welcome!
Are you new to yoga?
Our open weekend is an opportunity to try a 30 minute taster class of your choice. Choose something relaxing or something challenging, and you can be sure that all the instructions you need will be included.
Perhaps you’ve had a break from yoga?
It happens to the best of us! In fact, sometimes a break from yoga can be a good thing, in that when we get back to the practice, we realise how much we’ve missed it! If you’ve had a break from yoga, you might like to join one of our beginner classes to refresh your knowledge, or you could join an open level class; you won’t be left behind!
Or you’ve been practising for a bit?
Our open weekend is the perfect opportunity to try out a 30 minute experienced-level taster class. As ever, there’ll be options and modifications so that you can tailor the class to you and how you feel on the day and in the moment, but why not give it a try…!

About Yoga Hero
Yoga Hero has been established since March 2013. Initially, classes were ‘popping up’ in church halls, arts galleries, cafes, skateparks… you name it! Over time, we eventually found a beautiful home in Leeds Dock.
Yoga Hero has three studios, one with a capacity of up to 80, one with a capacity of 20, and the third is perfect for small private groups or one to one sessions. At Yoga Hero, we offer everything from Introduction to Yoga Courses, Pay As You Feel Classes, up to 200 hour Foundation Teacher Training Qualifications and Further Training, such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and much more!
