Jump Through, Jump Back!
Learn to jump through from Downward Dog to seated, and jump back from seated to chaturanga, with our lovely Naama.
This workshop is all about bringing awareness to your core strength, creating endurance and stability throughout the whole body. Developing core strength is not only the important for smooth transitions, balancing poses and inversions but it also enables freedom of movement and supports your back in your day to day. It is the key to perform challenging asanas safely.
We will explore jump backs and jump throughs from the ashtanga yoga practice, which build both physical and mental strength. We’ll learn how to strengthen the internal core (bandhas) using correct breathing technique.
