New Year, New Perspectives: Inversions and Arm Balances
Looking for a new perspective in the new year? Want to know how to practice arm balances and inversions safely, but not sure where to start? Come along to this workshop where we will explore variations of headstand, crow pose and more if time permits!
Creating a strong foundation while engaging core strength are key to both arm balances and inversions. We will begin with a little movement to warm our bodies and focus our minds. Then walk through step by step guides on how to enter, hold and leave these fun and rewarding poses safely. With lots of time to practice in between! Inversions and arm balances have many physical and mental benefits, they calm the mind and rejuvenate the body while offering new perspectives.
All yogis – no previous inversions or arm balance experience required.
