Pilates Workout for Mindful Movers

Part of Leeds Yoga & Wellness Festival 2018

We’ll be using classic and contemporary Pilates exercises for a full body, low impact workout.

Expect to sweat!

The emphasis is on moving well rather than as much as possible.
