Mindfulness for Office Workers
Beat the ‘Sunday Scaries’ with our Mindfulness for Office Workers yoga workshop.
This session aims to equip you with the tools you need to remain cool, calm and collected under the pressure of a typical office role.
We’ll begin by practicing some pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm the body and mind, move through a gentle yoga flow to combat tight hips and shoulders, and finish with a dreamy guided meditation. You’ll leave feeling soothed, calm, and ready to take on the week ahead.
