Join yoga teacher Jess to explore yoga in this safe, relaxed and fun environment.
Life as a teen / tween can often seem very daunting; a lot is changing, you’re learning to cope with the stresses of daily life and finding out who you are as an individual. Yoga can help with all of this. Alongside building strength and flexibility in the body, it also heightens confidence and self- awareness.
You will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and guided meditations to develop a mindful approach to your everyday life and learn to trust your own instincts.
Come along and try something new! All welcome!
