STUDIO | Yoga Life Drawing
Yoga Life Drawing is about observing the human form and drawing the shapes it creates.
Yoga creates beautiful shapes that are both challenging and fun to draw. Yoga Life Drawing is a workshop, led by Molly, where participants get the chance to draw a (fully clothed) model striking amazing yoga poses. Molly is a Yoga teacher, plus a qualified art teacher, keen to add a creative flair to her classes.
Like yoga, drawing is a moving meditation. So whether you create art, havenāt picked up a pen in years or think of yourself as not artistic, life drawing is a great way to relax and unlock creativity.
The session will also include a small yoga flow to end with a wiggle!
* Please bring your own paper and Art equipment (Pencils, pens etc) *

About Molly
“I love to invite people to explore their bodies through creativity, I have an Art teacher background, which comes through in my teaching.
I love to explore mindful movement throughout the practice. Mindful movement can be really beneficial to a personās sense of feeling present. The challenge is learning how to adapt the practices to how youāre feeling today. I would like to cultivate a community, whereby the student uses intuitive movement to define their day.
I completed my teacher training in my home town Oxford, half via Zoom in lockdown, this has taught me to guide and practice which presence and gratitude.
